Having grown up in a military family, Carrie understands the unique needs of military families and the stress that comes from relocating. She has been a resident of the Augusta area for 3 years and lives in Harlem. Carrie specializes in military relocation, first time homebuyers and those buying and selling in Columbia County. Prior to real estate, Mrs. Lumley was the Director of the non-profit she founded, the Pregnancy Help Center of Chesterfield and a homeschool Mom/Teacher.
As a young and inexperienced married couple, Carrie and her husband bought their first home, a 1950 farm house, in 2008 right before the market crash. Due to that ill-advised purchase they had a short sale that took years to recover from financially. This terrible experience inspired Carrie to get into Real Estate and specialize in educating clients on the homebuying process.
Carrie loves watching football with her husband, especially if their son is playing for the Augusta Eagles. She also loves girl time with her two daughters. Carrie attends Crossroads Fellowship church and enjoys blessing others through hospitality.
